Angel Policy
All illustrations and artwork in the My Creative Time (MCT) product line are considered original artwork and are copyrighted to Emma V. Aguilar of My Creative Time.
My Creative Time is happy to allow you to sell your hand-created/hand-stamped works using MCT products and grants permission in the form of a limited license for the use of MCT images and dies.
Please read the following conditions regarding the sale of hand-crafted/hand-stamped work:
- Each item must be hand-crafted/hand-stamped by the seller and may not be mechanically reproduced. The selling artist is responsible for the quality of work he/she produces. Therefore, My Creative Time assumes no responsibility for disputes that may arise from the seller's work.
- My Creative Time images MAY NOT be copied in the way, shape, or form - including, but not limited to: graphic, electronic, mechanical, and photocopying. You have NOT purchased the copyrights to any images/artwork. MCT hand-stamped images (black/white or color line versions) are not sold, distributed, or swapped. You MAY NOT buy our stamps and rent them out to other crafters for a price or profit. Scanning of the original image for use on websites that might allow others to download/steal the artwork is prohibited. My Creative Time does not limit the number of items you may sell.
- Artwork MAY NOT be used for logos and company trademarks. Using My Creative Time images for promotional material, blog designs, web design, or any other internet-related businesses is strictly prohibited.
- When possible, please use the MCT Angel Stamp anywhere on your items for sale. A free digital download of the Angel Stamp can be found here. The Angel Stamp will be available for purchase shortly.
