Shipping / Payments & Return Policy

We ship out Monday, Wednesday & Friday except for Federal holidays.

We ship everything via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail (Domestic Only) unless requested otherwise. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

I DO international ship orders; please note that there is no real-time tracking information on most International shipments.

Orders are usually processed & shipped within 48 hours, with the exception of new releases. All of our new releases typically can take up to 4 - 7 business days to ship out. If you place an order for a "Back-Ordered" item, please allow up to 18 business days for it to come back in stock. This is why I always mention in my videos, if you place an order for an "out of stock"/ "back ordered" item, to please make sure you place a separate order for any in-stock items. This way your in-stock items can ship out right away. If you place an order for both in-stock & a back-ordered item, your entire order will be held up until back-ordered items are back in stock.
